Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy, also known as extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), is a non-invasive medical treatment that utilizes high-energy sound waves to stimulate the body's natural healing processes and alleviate pain, effective for a variety of muscle and joint conditions including tendonitis, arthritis, fibromyalgia, trigger points/muscle knots, spinal disc injuries and neuropathy.

RESET Fitness

Improve your mobility and strength as you learn how to hinge, squat, push, pull and carry through our small group RESET Fitness exercise classes, designed to increase your capacity without injury using kettlebells, TRX, body weight and yoga.

Dr. Erin Strauch-Ducat helps patients move better, stay active and symptom free as a Chiropractic Physician, She is Board-Certified in Orthopedics and has years of hands-on experience treating a variety of muscle, joint, nerve and disc conditions without medication or surgery. In addition, she also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Pelvic Floor Rehab Therapy Provider. Dr. Strauch-Ducat graduated from the National University of Health Sciences in 2006 and is currently serving as the President of the Illinois Chiropractic Society.
